Cancellation Policy

In the unlikely event that AADFA needs to cancel or reschedule a course, all fees are fully refundable. AADFA reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a course for any reason, at any time, and cannot be held responsible for hotel deposits; non-refundable airline tickets or other associated fees paid in advance by the participant. Venue locations may change depending on circumstances beyond our control. AADFA will do all it can to accommodate participants on an alternative course, at no extra cost, should cancellation or rescheduling occur. AADFA will permit a refund of the full course fee (minus an administration fee of $300+GST) should the participant withdraw from the course no later than 5 PM on the same date, one month before the course. No refunds will be given for cancellations after this time or if the participant fails to attend on the day. At our discretion, participants may be able to change to another date and location but no refund will be given.
