For an individual or combination of Course Registrations, please complete the form below.  You will have the option of convenient & secure credit/debit card payment, or will be provided with bank account details for Direct Debit.

PAYMENT PLAN:

AADFA now offers the option of extended payment terms, of up to 12 months, on course & fellowship registrations, at no cost to you - completely fee & interest free!
